These reclaimed red clay “S” roofing tiles came from a home in Los Altos, CA.
There are 9 pallets containing about 530 tiles each and one pallet containing about 300 ridge tiles. This totals about 6,200 total square feet. However, there is some breakage, so the volume of 5,700 total square feet (including the ridge) assumes a 12% breakage rate. Dimension measurements of the tiles are included in the photos. The S tiles are 18” x 10” x 2 ½”. The ridge tiles are 17 ½” x 3” high and the width tapers from 7” to 5 and 5/8”.
$12,500 for the whole lot, including tax.
